2009 Rental Rules and Regulations Diamante 407 at Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort, Puerto Peñasco, Mexico
1) CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT Check-in time is 4:00 pm (local Rock Point time) Check-out time is 11:00.a.m. Late check-outs are available at a charge of $20.00 USD per hour, but please check with front desk first. Any extension must be authorized by reception. Wristbands will be issued to all guests at the time of check-in. Wristbands, towel cards, parking pass and electronic keys must be all returned to the front desk when you check-out. LAS PALOMAS RESERVATION OFFICE HOURS AND LOCATION: The reception (front desk) is located in the center building (Rubi) in the Phase 1 complex. Simply ask the guard at the security entrance gate. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The front desk, however, is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and can also be contacted by placing a call from our condominium. DRIVING DIRECTIONS: Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort is located on Sandy Beach. As you arrive from the border, turn RIGHT at the third traffic light. You will see a Las Palomas sign on the corner. That street is called "No Reeleccion”. Go straight. You will pass a couple of traffic lights, then the railroad tracks and a couple of Stop signs. At that point, the boulevard begins and that is where Las Palomas property begins. Follow the signs from there until you get to the main entrance of our resort. 2) SECURITY DEPOSIT You will be required to provide, while checking-in at the front desk, either a refundable $150 cash deposit or a VISA/MasterCard/Amex credit card number shall be used for a Security Deposit. Condominiums are routinely inspected upon each guest departure and the security deposit may be forfeited to cover the final cost of repair or replacement of damaged items. Deductions can be made for missing kitchen items, storage room items, linen/towels and decorative items, etc. Please report any noticeable damage immediately to front desk once you arrive to the condo. 3) CREDIT CARD PAYMENT We accept Visa and MasterCard. By authorizing (either verbally or in writing) the use of a credit card to book a reservation, the Renter acknowledges and accepts all the terms and conditions of this agreement. A down payment consisting of 50% of the total charge is required when a reservation is made more than (31) thirty one days prior of the arrival date. The remaining balance shall be charged (30) thirty days prior to the arrival date. If a reservation is made less than (30) thirty days in advance of the arrival date, a payment in full (100%) will be required at time of booking. At no time, will we rent our condominium to anyone under the age of twenty five (25) unless accompanied by an adult. Identification will be checked at front desk.
4) CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS and DISCLAIMER There is a $100 reservation cancellation fee plus 15% of the Total Charge for cancellations made more than (30) thirty calendar days prior to the intended arrival date. No cancellations or refunds for reservations if made (30) thirty calendar days or less from the intended arrival date. No cancellations or changes to reservations allowed for Spring Break, Peak Season or Holiday bookings (no exceptions). If you cannot use your reservation, you can transfer it to someone else. No refunds for no shows, evictions and early departures. Additionally, the Owner or Las Palomas shall not be held financially responsible for any issues that may arise during your stay, such as A/C problems, power outages or voltage surges, which can cause damage to your own portable equipment and devices because these are unpredictable and out of our control. Nor shall we be held responsible for temporary water shortages, which may occur, due to necessary water line repairs in Puerto Peñasco or by Las Palomas. 5) OCCUPANCY LIMIT Our condominium has a maximum occupancy of (6) six, which are the people that are allowed to sleep in the condominium without extra charge. You will be charged at check-in for any extra person is $50.00 dollars per night. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium contains one (1) queen size bed in the Guest Room, (1) king size bed in the Master Bedroom. The leather sofa in the Living Room is also a pull out (1) queen size bed. If you have a favorite air mattress, bring it along with you. 6) CLEANING FEE The cleaning fee is included for resort Paying Guests. Also included is Daily Housekeeping (make beds, change towels, tidy up the kitchen, etc.). Guests of Owner pay a $45 cleaning fee implemented upon their departure. 7) ADDITIONAL RULES The luxury condominium you have rented is privately owned and the owner is sharing it with you. Please take care of it as though it were your own (or better). We are confident that you understand and will abide by these Rules and Regulations, and that your vacation be an enjoyable one. All Rules and Regulations are strictly enforced and violators will be held accountable, including, but not limited to, arrest by proper authorities, eviction from the premises and/or forfeiture of all money paid and/or owed, and forfeiture of Security Deposit depending on the cost to repair/replace any damaged items.
