Framing stage begins. This is day two. Estimated time of completion 5 weeks.
Simultaneously, grout is being poured into the Living Room fireplace (at 75% completion).

The second scheduled delivery arrives and concrete crew hard at work. Pouring footing at rear bedroom corner
Trench for concrete retaining stem at garage corner. Additional rebar shall be placed per detail and "L" bars were instructed to be replaced since the short legs are too short. Currently at 4'', I instructed them to replace with 12'' long legs per detail.
