HOME ADDITION at Pebble Creek, Goodyear, Arizona (1,200 sq. ft. addition)
One month later...
Inspector Sandy reviewing plans during her early morning inspection. Today she approved Roof Strap & Shear, Rough Electrical and Mechanical plus Foam and Lath. The only items remaining are Insulation, drywall and exterior plaster finish. We are at 90% completion after just 30 days. Nice job...!!

Layout took place on 9/20. First day of framing. Front and sidewalls begin to take shape.
Slab pour complete and ready for finish. Next, phase is framing scheduled to begin on 9/23.

The hard work continues. A total of 42 yards of 3,000 psi concrete were used.
The concrete pour begins soon after foundation inspection approval
Special inspection of epoxy dowels by William Gilbert PE...approved.
Steel reinforcing & electrical floor outlets in place and ready for inspection.
Rough plumbing underway and will be ready for inspection on Monday
Concrete forms are currently being placed
