There is also additional sleeping in the Living Room, with ocean view, with a pull-out queen size leather sleeper sofa. All rooms have 10 foot high ceilings with Low-E glass storm sliders that lead to a premium sized balcony that offers incredible sunset views of the Sea of Cortez and the amazing pool complex below. You can hear the waves roll-in while you take a siesta or dine on the large balcony. Our condominium is elegantly furnished with items from Guadalajara, Mexico and the condo is finished with the finest materials including granite, marble and travertine. The Kitchen, with ocean view, is fully equipped with Energy efficient appliances, new cooking utensils and safe drinking water. The Dining Room, with ocean view, seats 6 very comfortably with additional bar stool dining. Fully equipped laundry room includes washer and dryer, wash sink, ironing board, emergency First Aid kit, and plenty of cabinet storage space. Also included are electronic key cards, high speed internet access, hair dryer in each bathroom, state of the art phone system and Handicap accessible rooms.
