There is also additional sleeping in the Living Room, with ocean view, with a pull-out queen size leather sleeper sofa. All rooms have 10 foot high ceilings with Low-E glass storm sliders that lead to a premium sized balcony that offers incredible sunset views of the Sea of Cortez and the amazing pool complex below. You can hear the waves roll-in while you take a siesta or dine on the large balcony. Our condominium is elegantly furnished with items from Guadalajara, Mexico and the condo is finished with the finest materials including granite, marble and travertine. The Kitchen, with ocean view, is fully equipped with Energy efficient appliances, new cooking utensils and safe drinking water. The Dining Room, with ocean view, seats 6 very comfortably with additional bar stool dining. Fully equipped laundry room includes washer and dryer, wash sink, ironing board, emergency First Aid kit, and plenty of cabinet storage space. Also included are electronic key cards, high speed internet access, hair dryer in each bathroom, state of the art phone system and Handicap accessible rooms. Excellent Food: Guests can enjoy an intimate dining environment with international fusion cuisine at La Maria Bistro & Fine Cuisine. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a bar that is open daily until midnight. Also offering full service fast casual breakfast, snacks and drinks at seaside tables or swim up bar. In suite dining service is available daily 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Also open, in Phase 2, is Cintron restaurant. Both very excellent !!! **CANCELLATION POLICY:
A $150 cancellation fee is charged for reservations cancelled (30) days or more prior to arrival. In case of canceling within (30) days will result in 100% charge of your payment. No refunds for no shows, early departures or evictions. PLEASE NOTE: At no time will Las Palomas or the Owner be held responsible for power outages, A/C & appliance problems due to power surges, or any other cause. Nor shall we be held responsible for water shortages, which may occur, due to water line repairs in Puerto Peñasco or by Las Palomas, as these matters are out of our control.
