We successfully assisted the owner in building the shell for a total of $483,840 or $63 per square foot. Don't have blueprints? We can help. The key to a smooth flowing project are a tight set of blueprints, without mistakes and errors which can cost time and money. Our resident expert architectural designer will design your project and convert your design into cost efficient and error free blueprints. Past experience with owner submitted blueprints have revealed too many errors and corrections that often result in change orders, re-draws, return visits to the original architect and project delays. We can save you money if we avoid these problems from the beginning. If you already have blueprints, we can evaluate your current set of plans, and provide you an estimate of the cost. Architectural plans starting at $1.00 per sq. ft.Get your building permit. Once the building permit is issued we can begin construction. We will act as your agent and guide you through the entire construction process, including all City or County required inspections.
